Welcome to the brand new CIOKS website and the first ever CIOKS blog post in the known universe!
In order to celebrate our 27th year in existence and the launch of the Future Power Generation, we thought we would create a new website. After all, not a lot of people make it to the grand old age of 28 in rock ‘n ‘roll and not a lot of people get to give birth to an entire new generation at once. Hoo-ray!
Through our new website you will get all the information you might need regarding our product range and find the one that is right for you. And should you ever have any questions about anything CIOKS-related, by all means feel free to get in touch with us. We would love to hear from you! Also, make sure to follow CIOKS on Instagram and Facebook! If you have a cool pedalboard with a CIOKS power supply on it, we will be happy to post it.
The idea behind this blog is to go a little deeper and invite you “behind the scenes” so you hopefully get an insight into what we are up to at CIOKS, who we are, what makes us tick and where the power is flowing, so to speak. But everybody says this of course so let’s start off with a decidedly non-exhaustive list of things and topics you won’t find on this blog:
- Probably. Unless it says CIOKS on it.
- Stuff about reality TV or the people in it. Unless they decide to wear CIOKS t-shirts.
- Banjos (even though one can be found in our Marketing Department. Which is why it is located out in the country).
- Pictures of spiders, even though somebody has Photoshopped a CIOKS logo unto them. Because aaargh!
- Negative stuff about “old” sci-fi movies. Unless they suck of course.
The blog posts you will find here will be written by various members of the CIOKS staff and if there is a particular topic you would like to hear more about, feel free to get in touch with us. Just please be aware that even though we would like to give you as much of a “behind-the-scenes” look as we can, we are not going to be revealing exactly what our next product will be until we think the time is right. Just treat this as the writings of a non-prophet organization and all shall be fine.
With that out of the way, let’s get going – we hope you’ll enjoy the contents/ravings as much as we enjoy bringing power to musicians everywhere!
